Air Seperation Plant
Tosyali Algerie factory possesses 3 Air separation plants, its total capacity production amounts are as follow:
- Gas Oxygen : 26500 Nm3/h
- Gas Nitrogen: 36900 Nm3/h
- Liquid Oxygen : 1040 Lt/h
- Liquid Nitrogen : 1639 Lt/h
- Liquid Argon : 851 Lt/h
The 3 Air separation plants produce high quality of Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon in order to feed all the units of Tosyali Algerie especially melt shop plant and DRI plant.
An air separation plant separates atmospheric air into its primary components, typically Nitrogen, Oxygen, and Argon.
The method of separation is known as cryogenic distillation.
The atmospheric Air before being separated, it is passing through several steps such as pressurizing, cooling, Carbon dioxide removal, dehumidification, Expansion than arriving to the boiling temperature of Oxygen, Nitrogen and Argon.
At the end of process, pure Oxygen and Nitrogen and Argon is gotten and delivered to all units.
