This chapter implies a better qualification of the human resource. We have set up continuous, multidisciplinary training programs on personal development and obviously on technical aspects linked to the strategic field of metallurgy and steel. The lack of external training in these professions has prompted us to supervise our teams in order to pass on our know-how and our expertise of more than half a century necessary for their professional progress and mastery of the profession.
